Hungryy is a nutrition estimation tool. It uses artificial intelligence to guess the food shown in a photo and to estimate calories, macronutrients, micronutrients and possible allergens.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

All figures shown are statistical estimates derived from an image. They are not laboratory measurements and can be materially wrong, particularly for hidden ingredients, oils, sauces, sugar and portion size.

You are responsible for verifying any number before acting on it.

Hungryy does not provide medical, nutritional, allergy or fitness advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in the app is a substitute for consultation with a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional.

Never use Hungryy to decide whether a food is safe for an allergy, intolerance or medical condition.

You may use Hungryy only for lawful personal purposes. You must not upload unlawful content, attempt to reverse engineer or overload the service, or use it to build a competing dataset without written permission.

You confirm you have the right to upload any image you submit.

Your meal history, goals and body weight are stored locally in your own browser. Clearing browser data deletes them permanently and they cannot be recovered by us.

Images you scan are transmitted for analysis only and are not used to build a personal profile.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, NAX Malaysia and its operators are not liable for any loss, injury, illness, allergic reaction, or direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, Hungryy or its estimates.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid to use the service, which for the free service is zero.

We may update the service or these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
